In Frank’s house, its all about cooking, family and love. Frank was raised in an Italian American household in New York. One of his favorite childhood memories was waking up on a Sunday morning and smelling his mother’s tomato sauce cooking. The dishes are inspired by heritage, and the “one for the dish, one for me” method of cooking. When the dish gets a splash of wine, the chef gets an equal share.
Most people are intimidated to cook like the pro chefs and follow complicated recipes, but you can rest easy as “your next door neighbor” cooks a meal with you, not for you.
